Peter J. Kesling is a true Puget Sound native. He was born in Tacoma, Washington and grew up in nearby Gig Harbor. He graduated from Bellarmine Preparatory High School and continued on to graduate from the University of Puget Sound. He completed his education in 1999 as graduate of Seattle University School of Law.
Peter is actively involved in civil litigation, insurance defense, personal injury, business/real-property litigation, and administrative law practices. He commands an impressive list of clients and has consistently demonstrated his loyalty, fine work-ethic and successful litigation style.
He has effectively appeared in cases in most of the State Courts and Federal Courts of Western Washington, as well as several Federal and State Administrative Agencies.
Peter is a member of the American Inns of Court, American Bar Association, Washington State Bar Association (Sections of Civil Litigation, and Administrative Law), the Washington State Defense Trial Lawyers Association, the Washington State Association for Justice, and the Tacoma Pierce County Bar Association, and he is licensed to practice in any court in the State of Washington as well as the Western District of Washington Federal District Court.
Peter is married to his college sweetheart, Michelle. Together they live in the greater-Tacoma area with their three gorgeous children and their two Labrador Retrievers. He is an avid, albeit bad, golfer and also thoroughly enjoys fly-fishing, hunting and other outdoor sports.
